Fresh and Brined



According to the general demand and the respective customer requirements we select our double butts in fresh condition or conserve the splits by brining (wetsalting). The brined butt splits are graded into different selections and weight classes. Especially brined material is an interesting natural resource for vegetable tanned articles and are demanded by tanners who would like to work with their own wetblue recipe.
